This page is a kind of photo timeline for Sadie. For more details on everything about her please see the Sadie story page. Enjoy! :o)

This was my first glimpse of her. This picture was in the classifieds ad I found her in.

This is kind of what the interior looked like originally. I had cleaned it up alot and bolted the seats down but you get the idea, theres not much there. What was Ford thinking with that green? :oP.

GRRRRRRR... Looks mean huh. This is what my grille looked like once upon a time. It was in one piece when I bought the car but an idiot in an escort fixed that for me.

Here's the closest pic I have to how I found my dash stuff. Its alot cleaner here than I found it. As you can see there's no carpet and everything else is in pretty sad shape. I took the nasty green dash pad out for the pic, and you can see my seat backs were that color too.

Here's how the backseat looked after I just kinda laid it in there. Its hard to figure out how things go when all the parts were laying on the floor to start with. I did my best though as you'll see.

Heres what the original engine looked like when I got it. It had a tired 351C originally and it was a mess. It needed a rebuild bad. I wanted to go big power but didn't have the money to build a small block that well.

This is what i found to replace it. Its a 460 from a 70 Lincoln Mark III. Consider this the Before photo. There will be After pictures later on.

Here she sits in a hail storm. It looks worse than it was. I just thought it was a cool picture.

While I was having the engine machined I did a little bit to the body and alot to my interior. You can see the traction bars I added here, I also put on subframe connectors but you cant see those. Ignore the chevy its a slow one, very rare I keep hearing. Oh yeah thats my old house too.

Here's another view of it before I took out the 351C. It just looks so much better than the other one because it doesnt show my broken grille.

Here's a couple photos showing what its like for cars in Michigan. This is shortly after I dropped in the rebuilt 460 and rebuilt c6 transmission. These were taken before I had a chance to run it. God I hate snow :oP

This one shows some of the work I put into my interior. Compare it to the before pic. I put a whole lot of stuff together that wasn't before as you can see. New steering wheel, shifter, dashpad, gauge bezel, etc...

This is the after pic of my backseat. Its tough to do a puzzle without a picture but I had some inspiration (a really sweet girl that I wanted to take for a ride in my first cool car), even if I had a broken hand I wasn't going to let it stop me.

Just another couple views of the finished interior. The new black door panels cost the most out anything else in my interior at a scorching $300, but any used ones I found were too far gone to use so a good investment overall.

Heres what she looks like now. I put heavier lowering coil springs in the front and wider wheels in the front to replace my cracked ones. More pics on next page.
